CONSCIOUS CONCEPTION

Are you having trouble conceiving? Or perhaps you’d like to emotionally and spiritually prepare for the conception and delivery of your baby? Help is available.

So How To You Prepare?

The concept of conscious conception is one where you consciously prepare to conceive a child by first clearing any of your deep seated, emotional baggage so your baby can enter the world without being exposed to any of your unresolved emotion or pain.

Children greatly enrich our lives but they can also bring with them challenges; challenges that question who we are and our understanding of the world and what we can cope with. So as much as children are a blessing, they can also create stress and tension within you and your relationship if you are carrying any unresolved issues from your past.

Why Conscious Parenting?

There is mounting evidence to support the concept that babies know what is happening around them during their time in the womb. There are stories of children who recall events that occurred during their time in the womb and in some cases even remember selecting the family they wanted to be born into.

In my practice, I have experienced many cases where my clients were able to recall many womb events they were not previously consciously aware of which were later verified by their parents. If our children have awareness from the moment they are developing (and even before they join us), shouldn’t we ensure that we plan, prepare and nurture ourselves and them before their arrival? It’s quite surprising how many fertility issues disappear when the parents have dealt with their baggage.

What Do The Parents Have To Do With It?

The parents and particularly the birth mother need to ensure that they have worked on all their issues prior to looking at conceiving a child. There may be issues within the birth mother’s history that are running programs, beliefs, and patterns that may be inhibiting the ability to conceive. Once these programs, patterns, fears, and beliefs are cleared, then the mother can move into the phase of planning and preparing for the arrival of their baby.

Do I Get To Meet My Baby?

During a conscious conception session you may be able to connect to the spirit of your baby. That is such a powerful connection and wonderful opportunity for the two of you to meet. The baby may even ask for certain things to happen to prepare the mother for it’s arrival. These are truly magical moments!

What To Expect Before The Session?

I will require for some information in the form of a completed client intake form before your session so that I can prepare before you arrive. The client information helps me to understand what we need to focus on so we are able to hit the ground running; it enables us to be on the same page before your session so we can get the most out of our time together.

What Happens During The Session?

During the session, I will discuss the information that has been provided and we will do some coaching work. Once I have all the information I need and we are in agreement, I will proceed with the hypnosis piece. During hypnosis, you may talk or be asked to nod your head or to speak in response to certain questions.

What Does Hypnosis Feel Like?

Hypnosis feels different to everyone yet it is something you do several times a day perhaps without realising. For example, any time you’ve been in the car and arrived at your destination without consciously realising it you have been in hypnosis. When you go to the movies and you’re engrossed in the movie, you’re in hypnosis. You don’t have to close your eyes to even be in hypnosis.

During our hypnosis session, you will still know that you are in the room with me and you will always have the choice to follow what I am asking you to do. Even if you’re asked to speak you will still remain in hypnosis. The way to get the best out of your session is to follow the instructions as best you can and to just let yourself go. In other words, allow yourself to be open and enjoy the world of the unconscious.

How Many Sessions Do I Need?

There is a total of 4 sessions required for conscious parenting. Each session builds on the next so that you are able to strip away the all the fears, patterns and programs around conceiving, carrying and parenting a child. The first 3 sessions form part of the Foundation Session so if you have completed the Foundation Sessions then you may only need one additional session.

How Long Is The Session?

Sessions are up to 1.5 hours each.

How Can I expect To Feel After The Session?

Everyone processes their sessions differently and how you feel will depend on what was explored and uncovered. Each client is given a recording of their first session which they can listen to as often as they like.

What Should I Do After The Session?

Take some time out for yourself. Don’t book anything immediately after your session so that you have some time to process what you’ve just experienced. If possible go for a walk along the beach or sit in nature for a while so that you can just be without too much distraction.

How to get the best out of a conscious conception session?

It’s best to book a conscious conception session when you are still in the planning phase of having a baby; preferably 2-3 months before you want to conceive. If you have been trying to conceive unsuccessfully, then a conscious conception session can help you to get on the path to parenthood.

If you have been trying to conceive for some time, it’s best that you and your partner do all necessary biological tests before starting your session so we can tick that box and be fully prepared to focus on the unresolved emotional issues during our time together.
